Service: Ezra Event Services (EES's) will provide accommodation as described herin, at the event stipulated and confirmed on invoice. The accommodation consists of canvas tipis. We present 3 different sizes referred to as 'small', 'medium' and 'large'. The number of people you may accomodate within each size of tipi is a matter of personal choice according to your preference on personal space ! We suggest that the following sleeping capacities may be used as a guide - small tipi (approx. 14' diameter) 2-4 adults, medium tipi (approx. 17' diameter) 6-7 adults, large tipi (approx. 21' diameter) 8-10 adults. Although designed to accomodate open fires in the centre of the structure, many events DO NOT permit fires. You may find further information about this from the applicable festival/event website. Tipis are a traditional structure designed to be lived in in all weathers, however in order to reduce ingress of rain in inclement weather (particularly when an open fire is not permitted) the 'smoke flaps' which are part of the structure may need adjustment by yourself. You will be given instructions about this on arrival. (a tip, watch what other tipi dwellers do !) On occasion, EES's may provide a 'hat' peice of canvas for the tipi reducing the ingress of rain, however we make no guarantee of availability or intention to do this. Even when smoke flaps are adjusted and/or if a 'hat' is utilised you may experience some ingress of rain. You will need to provide your own bedding and any blankets/sleeping mats you may require for your personal comfort needs. Our furnished hire option (if applicable), includes provision of a number of mexican blankets and sheepskin rugs, for which an additional charge, and returnable cash damage deposit will be made as detailed. EES's DO NOT provide tickets or otherwise guarantee admission or availability of tickets to the event stipulated. These must be purchased through relevent outlets as advised by the event concerned. The accommodation is available for the published public entry dates/times as advertised and advised by the relevent event and must be vacated by a time which will be advised on arrival.

Reservation enquiries recieved without full contact details including valid telephone number may not be processed.

EES's uses a secure third-party server to manage your reservation and invoicing. Payments may be made on-line via PayPal (account not required) following instructions on your invoice. Some corporate SPAM filters may hinder our communication with you, ensure you use a suitable email address. Our payment terms are 7 days for full settlement. Reminders will be sent after 7 days and your reservation liable to be cancelled.

In the event of inability to provide the service ie. cancellation of the festival/event then full refunds will be offered by EES's limited to the amount originally invoiced.

Data Protection Policy: Although our service is excempt from registration with the Data Protection Register, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 we will follow thier key principles in managing and holding your personal details for our own limited purposes, in order to provide our service to you.

Cooling Off Period: This service provided by EES's is excluded from conditions outlined by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. No guarantee of refund of monies paid to EES's is therfore made in the event of cancellation at any time after an invoice is settled. However, in an attempt to mainatin productive customer relations, we will endevour to evaluate any such situations on an individual basis.
